• Do I need to have a VIP membership for my pet to use the After Hours Vet Clinic?

• How much is the Wave VIP membership?

Memberships for Summer 2024 are $5,000.

• If I am a year-round resident, how much will the membership be?

  The $5,000 membership fee will include both the summer season and for the rest of the year from the date you sign up.

• Is the fee per pet or per household?

For the first pet it is $5,000 and any additional pets will be given a discounted fee.

• What does the membership include?

Our memberships include 24/7 access to veterinarians, priority appointment scheduling, house calls, telemedicine with veterinarians, at home tests (bloodwork, treatments, x-rays), expedited consultations with specialists, and priority booking with canine wellness services (grooming, boarding, massage, acupuncture, nutrition, play and activity classes, physical therapy, hair and body treatments, and swimming lessons).

• Are there additional fees for visits and testing?

  House calls , exam fees, tests and treatments are additional costs.

• How will I be able to reach a veterinarian if I am having an emergency?

Members will be given a private phone number to reach our veterinarians and staff.

• If I refer a friend or family member who signs up, could I get a discount on my membership?

Yes! If you refer someone to our practice who signs up for a membership, a discount to your account will be applied.
